2. Products

We offer garments and fashion accessories for men, women, boys, girls, babies and infants. Product images are for illustration; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Prices

All prices are in PKR and may change without notice. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation with notification to the customer.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse or pricing error.

5. Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods available on the website, including Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier services, weather or other factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached unless received defective or incorrect.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and inspect parcels upon receipt. Any issue should be reported promptly.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, images and designs are the property of Al-Fateh Garments and may not be copied without written permission.

Customer information is collected and used only as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable laws of Pakistan.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Discounts, vouchers and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
